Expert Support That Meets You Where You Are

I offer steady, supportive psychotherapy for women moving through identity shifts, life transitions, grief, relationship loss, and the emotional weight of long-held roles.

Sessions are calm, solution-focused and unhurried.

About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist in Florida, dedicated to helping women transform intense emotions and harmful patterns into a steadier daily life. My work blends practical, evidence-based treatments and trauma-informed interventions, with a focus on skill-building that clients can put into practice immediately.

Education & Training

My clinical training began in 2012. I have worked and trained in diverse settings, including mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, eating-disorder and addiction treatment facilities and university settings, in addition to private practice. I received my Master’s of Clinical Social Work from Fordham University.

Clinical Focus

My practice is change-oriented and collaborative. Together, we identify areas of focus, set goals, and practice skills until they work reliably in real life.

I believe therapy should equal change.

My approach is direct and highly involved. I will listen to you, create a safe space, and support you without judgment, but I will also tell you what I see. I will challenge you when I believe a challenge serves you, and I will address what is difficult rather than remain with what is comfortable. You will always have my support, and you will also have my honesty.

Psychotherapy does not exist independently from the rest of your life. Everything plays a part in creating who you are. Your culture, religion, race, physical appearance, wealth, education, environment, health, relationships, experiences, responsibilities, and the parents and family system that shaped you all influence how you see yourself, how you experience others, and how you move through the world.

You do not need to filter yourself. There is no performance required here. You can bring the parts of yourself you show the world and the parts you never do. I will tailor our work together based on your needs, taking into account the full context of who you are, what you have experienced, and what you want to change.

We’ll design a solution-focused plan that works for you.

A balanced life is the ultimate evidence-based outcome. Small routines and steady supports produce measurable, meaningful change.

You’re in charge.

I will offer structure, questions, and a point of view—but you set the pace, the focus, and the goals. Support should never feel like someone else taking the wheel.

I’ll cheer you on.

Change is rarely linear, and I will not pretend it is. I will notice the small shifts and celebrate the successes. Encouragement here is not empty praise. It is a steady presence in your corner, while you do the work.
