Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between weekly therapy, an intensive, and concierge?

Weekly therapy is the ongoing work. An intensive is a planned block on one specific issue. Concierge is a private yearly relationship with more access — home visits, video, and same-day sessions — under a flat annual fee that is not billed to insurance. They are different containers, not three names for the same hour.

Do you offer couples therapy?

Yes. I see couples and families as well as individual clients. The work is still direct and change-oriented. If the primary need is individual midlife work, we start there. If the relationship is the problem you want to change, we work on that.

Do you offer therapy intensives?

Yes. Weekly work is usually 45 minutes. Intensives are for a specific, contained issue that needs a block of time rather than only open-ended weekly sessions. That can include being stuck on an affair partner, a single fear or block, or focused work alongside another therapist or coach. An intensive includes a consult, a 90-minute pre-session, two 4-hour Brainspotting sessions, and a follow-up about a month later. Offered virtually to clients in Florida. Details and the fee are on the Fees page.
